What are your shipping rates?
sugarbear baby ships anywhere in the continental United States and Canada. Additional fees may apply when shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping Rates are based on a $7.00 Flat rate fee and a 5% of the total cost. The minimum shipping charge is $7.00 and the maximum is $21.00. All shipping is done through FedEx Ground. For additional shipping fees, you may select UPS next day or FedEx Next Day. We ship within 24 hrs. of your check or money order being recieved.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, just send it back to us and we will refund 100% of the product price. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
Are the pages acid free?
All sugarbear baby pages are printed on 10.5" x 13.5" acid free paper.
